Sissinghurst Castle Gardens

The Sissinghurst Castle Gardens estate is set within 460 acres of beautiful countryside. Managed by a team of National Trust rangers, it’s a fantastic place to spot wildlife throughout the year. Enjoyed by walkers and horse riders alike, on a quiet day you’ll only be sharing this space with Sussex Cattle and Romney sheep. 

Once you’ve worked up an appetite by wandering around the estate head to the granary restaurant to recharge your batteries. Here the staff use ingredients fresh from their own vegetable plot.  Enjoy freshly brewed tea and homemade cakes. Don’t forget to browse the gifts and garden-inspired products at the well-stocked shop too.
